President
The President's primary role is to whip the rest of the committee into line and put an end to their incessant ramblings. He
tenders the APWG event to the resorts and controls the selection process for deciding where the next events will be held.
The president also decides who will be on the race committee, the people who actually run the event. This is usually the
available Federation committee members plus any additional help as required

stuff done. Apart from backing up the president the Vice-President will co-ordinate the promotion of the event, posters,

Race Coordinator
If you want to win a medal be nice to this bloke. He decides what category you race in and who gets what medal.
The Race Co-Ordinator looks after the organisation of the races, the timing and the correlation of the results. He doesn't
have time to have fun during the race week - so be nice and buy him a drink

Secretary
The secretary's job is the same as most - get coffee for the rest of the committee! Seriously, the secretary
will co-ordinate all the entries for the event and any other official correspondence. If you want anything on the agenda for the
Annual General Meeting then you better write to the secretary
